Water Dragon (壬辰): The Dragon Sea
It’s Tuesday. 壬辰 (임진, imjin) is the Water Dragon, 29th of the sixty day pillars in Korean saju, a Four Pillars tradition shared across East Asia. Yes. Traditional texts count 壬辰 among the goegang (괴강, 魁罡) days, alongside pillars such as 庚辰 and 戊戌. The label marks intense, commanding energy. Some older texts attach dramatic warnings to it; this room doesn’t. Here it simply describes a lean toward strong will, high standards and big weather, which you get to steer.
Why is the dragon linked with water in 壬辰?
辰 is one of the four storehouse branches, and the one that stores water, so it’s where water gathers depth. It also completes the traditional water trio of 申, 子 and 辰.
