1. Full refunds
We refund the full price if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and one of these applies:
- The reading failed to generate: one or more chapters could not be written, even after retrying.
- Calculation error: for the birth details you entered, the pillars shown don’t match what the method published on our site produces. A pillar left blank because no birth time was given, which you accept at checkout, is not a calculation error.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same reading.
2. Everything else
Because the reading is delivered right away, we don’t usually refund because an interpretation didn’t resonate or you changed your mind. Write to us within 7 days anyway and we will look at it case by case. The same goes if you entered the wrong birth details.
3. Customers in the EU and UK
Digital content normally comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout, every buyer asks us to start delivery immediately, and EU and UK buyers acknowledge that this ends that right once delivery begins. If an order ever lacks that recorded consent, you can withdraw for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
Your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described are not affected.
4. Customers in Japan
The cooling-off system does not apply to online sales. Returns and cancellations follow this policy and our Japan commercial disclosure.
5. How to ask
Email support@horansaju.com with:
- the email address you used at checkout, or your reading link, and
- a sentence on what went wrong.
Please don’t put your birth details in the email. We can look up the order on our side.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The link to a refunded reading may stop working.
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. It is usually faster.
