Metal Monkey (庚申): The Unforged Iron
Someone offers 庚申 a helpful suggestion. 庚申 nods, says thanks, and does the exact opposite, on principle. Not out of spite. Out of a deep, bone-level refusal to be shaped by anyone. In Korean saju this is 경신 (Gyeong-sin), the 57th pair of the sixty: raw iron standing on more iron, in the season when blades are made.
